5 Amazing Female Orgasm Secrets Will Enrich Your Knowledge About Sex

      What is an orgasm ?

Although, there is a major controversy and debate about the existence of clitoral or vaginal orgasm and some argue whether it exists at all. Liberal admission by women and anatomical changes during orgasm confirm its existence.

Medically an orgasm may be described as a feeling of explosive, powerful and extreme sensation within oneself during discharge of accumulated erotic tension. A satisfying orgasm spreads a feeling of extreme pleasure and happiness in the body.

Both genders may attain this condition with the help of variety of sources such as - sexual intercourse, masturbation, viewing erotic and arousing images / movies, nocturnal dreams. An orgasm is the peak of sexual pleasure.

According to several surveys and and voluntary admission by women of all countries, it has been believed that only 25 percent of women enjoy climax during sex with their partners and the rest either fail to reach it or experience in a poorly manner.

      Causes of orgasm

Orgasm occur as a result of continuous stimulation of major erogenous regions in the body such as genitals, nipples, anus and perineum. There are a few major erogenous zones in a woman's body and almost all women like stimulation of these areas. Continuous sexual stimulation leads to increase in blood circulation and as a result, the body tissues fill up with more blood and swell in size. This is called Vasocongestion.
There is another process called Myotonia - whereby the muscles tense and start flexing and contracting. These are two basic responses to continual stimulation. Orgasm is the ultimate part of a sexual cycle after which the sexual act / play ends.

      Female Orgasm

When a woman becomes aroused as a consequence of physical and psychological stimulation -

      •  Blood pressure starts increasing leading to swelling of vulva
      • Fluid starts passing through the vaginal walls making it wet
      • The top of the vagina expands, the lower part of the vagina becomes firm, the clitoris and nipples stiffen and the breasts increase in size
      • Breathing quickens and heart beat rises considerably
      • Sweat forms on the neck and chest
      • And ultimately she explodes feeling rhythmic contraction. Typically, female orgasm lasts longer than male orgasm and also takes longer time to arrive.
      • Gradually the body becomes normal again and breathing slows down

      7 Major Female Anatomy Orgasm

#1) Clitoral Orgasm : Intense clitoral stimulation leads to this sort of orgasm which is sharp, intense, violent and centre mainly in the genital region and may last about 10 to 20 seconds. A woman enjoys and feels good with this type of orgasm but it cannot give the peak of pleasure as deep vaginal orgasm does. A lot of women mainly teens are in the habit of enjoying this kind of orgasm at the time of masturbation doing it herself or helped by her partner. The problem with this type of enjoyment may sometimes become painful due to rapid stimulation of the clitoris and may even render the clitoral region hyper-sensitive.

It has been disclosed in various studies by females mainly teens that they either use fingers directly to apply intense stimulation of the clit or indirectly with a vibrator, a shower head or even with their partners mouth. Some women may like direct stimulation with fingers while there are many who do it indirectly. So, this may be called one pattern of female behaviour to enjoy orgasm.

#2)  Nipple Orgasm : Continuous stimulation of nipples cause pituitary gland to release oxytocin, a hormone which is well known for its extensive roles in reproductive functions and in orgasm. The nipples are an erogenous zone, highly sensitive in a woman's body and connected to the genital area. So, application of continuous stimulation or playing with the nipples may arouse a woman's appetite for orgasm.

All women are generally highly sensitive with their breasts irrespective of sizes and any exception to this points to malfunction of nerves. Constant stimulation of the nipples by twisting, rubbing, pulling, pinching or sucking may make a woman reach an orgasm.

#3)  Vaginal Penetration Orgasm :  This is probably the most important and normal of all types of orgasms attained during normal sexual act. If the partner penetrates only at the mouth of the vagina and not deeper, it feels just enjoyable. When the partner penetrates inside deeper the pleasure also becomes deeper. The deeper the penetration, the stronger the rhythm of explosion.

To and fro movements, circular movements and using fingers simultaneously add more pleasure and sensation. This type of orgasm is liked by all women as this is normal, enjoyable and less likely to cause any discomfort.

#4)  G-Spot Orgasm : There is a spot inside the vagina extremely sensitive to deep pressure and is called G-spot or Grafenbarg spot, named after the first modern physician who discovered it. It can be felt through the anterior or front wall of the vagina about 5 centimeters from the entrance. The researchers found a G-Spot in every woman they examined and it is the homologue of the male prostate.

All women have a G-spot but the exact location may vary a little from woman to woman. When stimulated well the G-Spot swells and results in orgasm. Some women experience a series of orgasm following stimulation of G-Spot. When properly stimulated the G-Spot enables a woman to experience a level of intense pleasure. At the time of orgasm women also ejaculate a liquid similar to male ejaculate but contains no sperm.

Without a partner, stimulating the G-Spot with fingers or with a non-vibrating dildo for 20 to 30 minutes makes a woman to experience a thundering G-Spot orgasm.

#5)   Cervical - Uterine Orgasm : This type of orgasm is probably the strongest of all and can send you to another state of consciousness. It is said to be more powerful, intense than G-spot orgasm and women often react through emotions like feeling joy or pain, urge to love or cry. This type of orgasm feels Godly and has been described in Tantric rituals - how to reach God. Cervix is the gateway to a woman's womb and is the center of energy. According to Taoist reflexology cervix is the 'heart point' in a woman's body.

The size and shape of cervix varies from woman to woman. Observed, women who did not have natural birth often have a circular opening of cervix contrary to women with natural birth(vaginal delivery) possessing almost a vagina-like cervix.

A cervical orgasm is accompanied with strong contractions of vaginal and uterine muscles. Medically, cervix is the lower part of uterus and is about 2 - 3 cm long and is located deep inside the vagina. Best sex position to stimulate the cervix is either from behind or riding your partner on top with back & forth movement. A cervical orgasm generally needs longer time of stimulation. This kind of orgasm knows no limit of pleasure as the energy moves over the entire body and is incomparable with almost anything.

Best Ways To Take Care Of Your Boobs After Childbirth

Hormones stimulate the development of milk producing tissues in breasts during pregnancy. Breasts start becoming fuller and heavier as your delivery date approaches. It's absolutely normal for all pregnant women to notice leaking of Colostrum(early milk) from nipples as the final date gets closer.

Hormones stimulate breasts to start producing milk normally with 2 to 4 days after childbirth and you start experiencing engorgement. The more frequent you breastfeed your baby the faster becomes the pace of milk production.

Breast care after childbirth may be divided into two types (i) Breast Care After Normal(Vaginal Birth) and (ii) Breast Care After Cesarean Birth

      Breast Care After Normal(Vaginal Birth)

If you are breast feeding your baby, the first thing you need is a quality nursing bra that provides good support. The ideal one is that lifts the boobs upward and is comfortable. The breasts become heavily swollen with pressure of milk when you first start feeding your baby.

The swelling disappears after about 2 weeks but its size remains unchanged as long as the new born is fed. You may need more than one nursing bra to facilitate regular washing and prevent infection and skin disorders. Wearing underwear can cut off the milk ducts and cause sore.

Cleanliness is of utmost importance and is essential to prevent bacteria that enters through the nipples and cause serious infection. You are forced to keep away from feeding the baby in case of infection.

If you are planning to abstain from breast feeding and practise bottle feeding for your newborn, wear a support bra round the clock and try to keep your boobs clean and dry as much as possible. Having a number of bras is essential to do this.

Wearing a breast binder or tight bra helps reduce milk production. Remember doing this is against nature and you run the risk of losing the joy of breast feeding that makes a strong bond between the mother and the child. All researchers agree that breast milk is the best food for the newborn.

      Breast Care After Cesarean Birth

Some pregnant women prefer giving a cesarean birth to normal delivery out of a fear that a vaginal birth may impair their capacity for sexual pleasure and  they will not be able to enjoy orgasm as before. Another factor that plays a psychological role is the fear of incontinence. It's true rate of incontinence among women who give normal(vaginal) birth is high about 16 to 20 percent during the first few months postpartum.

It should be known also that women who give birth via C Section also face this problem though the rate might be a little less about 10 percent.

If you are breast feeding your baby after giving a cesarean birth  it's same as before. You should wear a quality nursing bra without underwear that provides comfortable support. You should have more than one in stock to help washing and maintain cleanliness. The breasts remain larger swollen during the first two weeks.

If you plan bottle feeding for your baby and avoid breast feeding you should wear a quality support bra round the clock even at the time of sleep. A breast binder or tight bra helps well to stop milk production. You may feel a bit pain or discomfort because of engorgement as your body produces milk but it is not being released.

Squeezing milk out to avoid discomfort will result in the production of more milk as the body miscalculates that you are breast feeding your baby. Instead use ice compress and tight bra - Tylenol also helps relieve the discomfort. This situation lasts about 3 to 4 days after birth.

As said earlier, cleanliness is very important to avoid infection through the nipples.

      Nipple Care

Breastfeeding never hurts though there may be a bit tenderness during the first few days of breastfeeding. Sore nipples is usually caused by the baby not being positioned correctly, latched on or removed from the breast incorrectly.

Frequent breast feeding sessions during the early stages of breastfeeding may irritate your nipples, cause soreness and pain. Soon nipples will get over this problem and become used to it.

Clean your breasts and nipples before and after every feed with clean water avoiding use of any soap, disinfectants or any substance as it may cause dryness and damage the nipple. Your nipples are protected against bacteria and dryness naturally as the Montgomery glands surrounding the nipple, secrete natural lubricates to keep you safe.

If the problem of sore and cracked nipples is persistent and causes real pain and utmost discomfort, then a consultation with a lactation consultant is advisable. If express of milk and breastfeeding is avoided due to pain or discomfort, the situation may lead to engorgement and may cause more pain. A lactation expert may show you how to use breast pump, hand expression or other alternative method to avoid this situation.

The problem of soreness and cracked nipples may also be tackled with nipple cream or modified lanolin after the breast milk spread over the nipples have dried. It must be wiped off before feeding the baby.

      • Wash breasts and nipples well with clean water without soap and disinfectant at least once a day
      • Wash hands before every feed to avoid infection
      • Express a little milk after feeding the baby and apply it on the nipples and areola to prevent dryness naturally
      • Leave the flaps down on nursing bra to allow the nipples air dry for 10 to 15 minutes after each feed
      • Ensure proper position and latching to avoid sore nipples, seek help of a lactation consultant if necessary
      • If you produce milk more than what your baby needs, squeeze it out with breast pump or hand pressure to prevent engorgement and pain
      • Be in the habit of changing nursing bra and pad when they are wet and moist as germs and bacteria grow quickly in wet and moist parts

Historically too women with ideal size and attractive breasts always earned admiration and recognition from all men whether young or old. On roads, it's a common experience of women with admirable sizes, to find hundreds of passer-by staring at them with great interest.

It's a fact that eyes of men always tend to move towards the big sizes of women spontaneously. Very few men can resist this urge in spite of best efforts. This peculiar tendency may be attributed to sexual desire attached with it.

Most women may be wondering why men always look at their sizes and think this is somewhat perverse and peculiar. Though embarrassing they fail to understand the evolutionary and psychological reasons related to this eternal desire.

Moreover, women with big sizes easily turn on a man's sexual desire and an 'urge of more creation' by 'mother nature' is at play. It may be mentioned from psychological point of view as well that a man in distress always finds peace and great comfort when he keeps his head on the bosom of her mother, wife and partner.

Why Men Are Attracted Towards Breasts

      • Breasts are symbol of fertility :  By nature men are always attracted towards healthy women who are able to reproduce. Besides, breast always represents a symbol of fertility and infuse the notion that the woman would be able to bear his off-spring well and nourish them also.
      • Breasts are the key to second base :  Breasts are near the libido, the key to the second base, thus playing and fondling with them leads to sexual arousal.
      • Breasts are comforting and nice to touch : Breasts are soft but hot, nice to touch and most men are emotionally and psychologically linked to them and resting heads on them produces a sense of deep relaxation and peace.
      • Breasts are tools to foreplay : Total sexual satisfaction is difficult to be fulfilled without a perfect foreplay and breasts play a major role in the foreplay.
      • Breasts are great to look at and offer visual stimulation : It's very common to men of all ages to always stare at breasts eagerly and this act induces a feeling of excitement and stimulation.
      • Feeling of prestige : While searching  for partner, though not admitted openly, most men are easily attracted to women with great sizes and it give them a feeling of 'social status' and 'above the average' position in the society. Fact is being explained and qualities of women are not being undermined in any way at all.

      Psychology of women about breast

Needless to say that all women of this planet always dream of having an enviable 'God Gifted' bosom just like long superb shiny hair and become the center of attraction among all specially men. Unfortunately, all are not blessed with this privilege.

This can affect a woman's personality, can cause emotional setback and even creates an 'inferior complex' in her. The feeling of shame and hesitation to discuss this problem with anyone also makes her weaker and this may even lead to serious 'depressive disorder'. What is the way out?

      Breast Augmentation :

Under this procedure, an implant of soft silicon shell filled with silicon gel or saline solution is placed under the breasts tissues or under the chest muscle beneath the breasts. An incision is made in the bottom of the breasts, the armpit or along the lower edge of the Areola (the dark round shaped area around the nipples) to insert the implant.

The implant is generally placed under both the breasts in such a way that both of them look of same size. Some doctors are of the opinion that placement of the implants under the muscle lowers the risk of 'capsular contracture' ( a condition if which tissues surrounding the implants harden) than when the implant is placed under the breast tissues.

Placement of the implants under the chest muscle also interferes less with 'mammography'. After insertion of the implant they are carefully positioned and adjusted by experts in such a way that both the breasts appear to be natural and of same size Next the incision is closed with stitches

Another technique of breast augmentation is 'fat transfer'. Under this method liposuction is used to take out fat from other parts of your body and inject it into the breasts. This technique is effective for those women who prefer a small increase in the size of the breasts and prefer natural look.

      Breast Lift (Mastopexy) :

Over the time a woman's breasts undergo changes in size and shape and loses its elasticity due to various factors such as - pregnancy, breastfeeding, aging, body weight or heredity.

A breast lift surgery is done to raise the sagging breast and to elevate the nipple and areola. This surgery is done by removing the excess skin and tissues from the bottom of the breasts and from around the areola.

The remaining tissues and skin are then brought together and tightened thus raising the breasts. After this procedure, sometimes placement of implant under the breast tissues or under the muscle beneath the breast may also be required to give it a right shape.  The incision is larger in case of a breast lift than the 'breast enlargement' with an implant.

      Breast Reduction Surgery :

Excessive large size breast is not only embarrassing physically and socially but uncomfortable also. Very large breast may also cause neck and shoulder pain. It may also lead to difficulty in daily activities, respiratory disorder and skin/fungal infection.

Breast reduction surgery is done through incision on breasts to remove excess fat, skin and grandular tissues and also reshaping and tightening them. In some cases, liposuction is also used along with excision technique. The technique to be used depend the size of breasts, individual breast composition, amount of reduction preferred by the patient.

Although post surgical swelling and surgical scar disappear over time but complications of breast surgery may include wound infection, loss of sensation to nipples and areola, wound break and unequal breast
